All returned items must be in original, unused condition with technical tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Log in to your Van Rysel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring all technical cycling apparel and hardware are protected from transit damage.

  Ship to our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
